Closed onto an object, cables came off and went lopsided. Customer tried to fix themselves which ended up with the whole door laying on top of their old school car

Large tilt door pulled out of timber fixings - Luckily no one was in the garage at the time

Lack of maintenance and old age

This sectional panel door was impacted, the customer thought to try and fix it themself, which made the door end up in this state.

When the handbrake wasn't on and the wrong pedal was pushed = Garage door pushed to the back of garage

Had to uninstall and reinstall the door to secure the garage

Caused by having an object in the way, therefore the cables come off and the door went lopsided

When the cables are loose, this can result in them coming of the drum and making a mess
