We had a remote fitted to our existing tilta-door by young Kurt yesterday.
I would like to highly commend his service,  firstly he was a very polite young man,
very efficient, and also explained how it works very well.
 
Mark and I are extremely pleased and would be happy to recommend your company to
friends and family.

Kurt was VERY polite and courteous, he reminded me of the good old tradesman, not there to rip you off and was genuinely there to help out. After another company let us down, I arranged for Adept to come and replace our faulty garage door motor. They were able to do it promptly, but also for $75 less than we had been quoted by other companies. The young guy that came, was absolutely lovely and professional. He went through the settings with me, was prompt and just really pleasant. We will have them back to fit a motor to our shed door. Really impressed and I have, and will recommend them to others. :)

Just letting everyone know Kurt is great at his job...his service being prompt and very reasonable with his pricing... we use Kurt for our investment properties up in Brisbane... if there is a problem I can trust Kurt to be there asap... just recently I had a problem with an electric gate he was there within 2 hours... hard to find good decent help these days...
 
I also highly recommend Kurt... he looks after our investment properties up at Shailer Park... he doesn't overcharge and if there is a problem with the electric gates or doors he there within hours!!!! hes happy to liase with us owners and also our realestate property manager if a remote is needed or keys... he is highly experienced and knows what he is doing.

They came out and looked at our roller doors this morning. They were very helpful and informative. They serviced and fixed both doors as they were not working 100% (and now they are). Will definitely be calling them for any future repairs or servicing as they are very reliable and the price was very competitive.
